Return Procedure

We offer a 21 day return policy on all orders except for special order Mercedes parts, Electrical parts and service manuals.

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all orders unless it was our error. All shipping must be prepaid by the customer. To return an order from us you MUST E-mail: us your order detail for return, a full reason for the return, full name and e-mail address you ordered with. You will be emailed an RMA return number and instructions within about 4-5 business days. If you return a Bag without getting a return number first we will have no way to track your return.
